We have obtained the new UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 certification.
After 13 years of ISO certification renewals, this year the inspection visit concerned the transition to the new UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard. 
The new 2015 version introduces very significant changes in the design of the Quality Management System. 
These are the main news: 
• Introduction of risk analysis in the organization; 
• Better integration with other business activities; 
• Distribution of related responsibilities throughout the organization; 
• More emphasis on performance monitoring. 
The adaptation to the new quality standard represented a challenge for the personnel involved: it was an opportunity to carry out a detailed analysis of risks and processes able to improve the interconnections between the business units and focus the areas of internal improvement in order to make our activity more effective and efficient.
It was also an opportunity to reinforce in our staff the meaning of Service Quality, understood as the evolution of the technical service in relationship service, where the focus is the harmonious synergy between the company functions, the customer care or the internal and external relations in the long term.
